HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PHYSICALLY INSTALL A WRAP?

To physically install a vehicle wrap on a typical car takes from a full day. Larger or more complex vehicles can take 2-3 days to install. Vehicles have to be clean and not waxed at time of installation.

WHERE DO YOU INSTALL MY VEHICLE WRAP?

SGI Graphics Installer Company has 3 facilities: BELMONT MA, ARLINGTON MA, CLIFTON NJ. We also can have our installers come to YOUR location (if you have a suitable indoor facility).

IS THERE ANY PREPARATION I NEED TO DO PRIOR TO INSTALLATION?

Vehicles should be clean and dry at time of installation. We recommend that clients clean their vehicle the day before your installation to ensure the vehicle is dry and wax-free. With regard to architectural installations (wall, window, floor, etc), the surface preparation should always be clean and free of chemicals.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY VEHICLE WRAP AND GRAPHICS?

Hand washing is best. Avoid high pressure washes and be careful never to use an ice-scraper. Sweeping off windows with a soft broom and rear defroster will cause no damage to your window wrap.

HOW LONG WILL A VEHICLE WRAP LAST ON MY VEHICLE?

Normally, it depends on the customer’s material. 3M wraps will normally last 3-5 years or longer, providing you are careful about power washing.

DO YOU OFFER A WARRANTY ON YOUR WORK?

Absolutely! We are backed by 3M Company itself. We are fully certified experienced installers. We carry all necessary insurance. And our reputation is very important for us. We stand behind every job we complete.

CAN A WRAP BE REMOVED?

Yes. The wrap can be removed. However, attempting to remove it yourself may cause damage to your paint. We suggest having one of our professional installers de-install your vehicle wrap as our installation experts are best equipped this task. Removal fees are additional.

DOES A VEHICLE HAVE TO BE A CERTAIN COLOR TO WORK WITH MY VEHICLE WRAP?

Generally, no. A full vehicle wrap covers all the painted surfaces of a vehicle (roof when requested) and is an opaque material. Areas such as chrome bumpers, grilles and trim are generally not covered. Therefore, color generally does not matter.

WILL YOU WRAP A LEASED VEHICLE?

Yes, like any other vehicle, the wrap can easily be removed without any damage at the end of the lease.
